Your impact

• Translate engineering drawings and work orders into efficient machining setups and operations.
• Own machine setup and operation for multi-axis CNC equipment to meet exact specifications.
• Track the cut—monitor cycles, adjust offsets, and fine-tune parameters to hold tolerance.
• Perform routine machine care to keep performance at its peak.
• Team up with peers to streamline workflows and elevate throughput.
• Validate results with calipers, micrometers, and other gauges; document inspection outcomes.
• Log production data accurately and maintain complete records.
• Champion safe practices and sustain a clean, well-organized work area.

Skills and experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; machining certification or technical diploma preferred.
• Demonstrated experience as a CNC machinist or related role in precision manufacturing.
• Strong print-reading ability and confidence interpreting technical documentation.
• Working knowledge of CNC programming principles and machine operation.
• Proficient with precision metrology tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Meticulous attention to detail and resourceful problem-solving.
• Works well independently and contributes positively to a team.
• Clear communicator with a safety-first mindset.
