What you'll do

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts that meet print and quality targets.
• Interpret technical drawings/blueprints to plan tooling and machining operations.
• Continuously monitor operations and adjust as needed to hold tolerances and finish.
• Conduct routine machine maintenance to maximize uptime and performance.
• Inspect finished work for accuracy and specification adherence.
• Partner with peers to troubleshoot and resolve production challenges.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.

What you need

• High school diploma or equivalent; CNC-focused technical training preferred.
• Demonstrated experience as a CNC Operator or equivalent manufacturing role.
• Strong grasp of CNC machinery, tooling selection, and programming basics.
• Ability to read/interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
• Detail orientation with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Working knowledge of safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
