Pay & Schedule
Starting base: $21.50/hr (based on experience)
2nd shift premium: +$1.50/hr
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
2nd Shift: 3:30pm–12:00am

Role Snapshot
Program and/or operate CNC lathes and mills to perform I.D., O.D., facing, chamfering, grooving, and drilling from bar stock to print.
Choose and change arbors, fixtures, speeds, inserts, and tooling to drawing requirements.
Run and qualify the first piece; adjust offsets to meet all quality characteristics; complete setup paperwork for approval.
Load parts, run cycles, and perform in‑process checks at defined intervals; make adjustments to maintain spec throughout production.
Monitor fluid levels and keep equipment in reliable operating condition.
Surface grind and re‑sharpen arbor teeth as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Prefer 1 year in a manufacturing environment operating CNC equipment (setup experience preferred)
Experience with Hardinge lathe, HAAS, Mazak, Ganesh, or Doosan is a plus
