If the sound of a spindle ramping up gets your attention, this role is for you. As a CNC Mechatronics Field Engineer, youll solve complex problems on advanced machine tools throughout the Houston areainstallations, PMs, and on-the-spot repairs that keep our customers lines running.

Your impact

Picture this: a customers turning center throws an alarm mid-shift. You arrive with your company laptop and phone, diagnose a hydraulic issue, verify the electrical controls, replace a worn mechanical component, and have them cutting again before the next job changeover. Thats the difference you makeday after day, at different facilities, on different challenges.

What you will do

• Execute field service, machine installations/commissioning, and preventive maintenance locally.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults on machining centers and turning centers.
• Deliver basic operator training and collaborate with sales on technical opportunities.
• Maintain professional, ethical representation of Ellison Technologies at all times.
• Document service actions thoroughly and manage customer records.

What you are good at

• Hands-on CNC experience: installation, maintenance, and repair of machining centers and CNC lathes.
• System-level diagnostics across mechanics, hydraulics, and electrical controls.
• Clear communication with operators, engineers, and leaders.
• Ownership mindset and meticulous documentation.

Where youll work

• Primarily across the Houston market with some travel.
