CNC Medium Duty - 1st Shift

Staffing Inc. is partnered with a great thermoforming plastic company in Zeeland, MI who is looking for a CNC Machine Operator. The ideal candidate will have experience with operating CNC Machines and a strong understanding of machining processes. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced factory environment. As a CNC Operator you will be responsible for producing high-quality components while adhering to safety and quality standards.

CNC Machine Operator Benefits:

CNC Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines to manufacture precision parts according to specifications.
• Set up and adjust machine tools, including press brake machines, to ensure optimal performance.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and gauges to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
• Assemble components as needed, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
• Empty scrap
• Deburr, heat bend and assemble parts as required
• Follow written instructions
• Precisely measure using a tape measure
• Perform quality checks
• Be able to stand for long periods of time
• Be able to use hand tools and power tools

CNC Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Highschool Diploma
• Proven experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing facility.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
• Proficient in using precision measuring instruments, including calipers and micrometers is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
• Must pay attention to detail

• Great attendance and positive attitude
• Must be able to stand, sit, twist, and band
• Flexible and team player
• Lift up to 30-40 lbs.
