CNC Mill/Lathe Machinist

Will-Mor Manufacturing is hiring for both

Mill and Lathe Machinists for our

1st and

2nd shifts! Will-Mor is a leading precision CNC Manufacturer specializing in complex, tight-tolerance parts in the defense and aerospace industries.

• Setup/Operate CNC Vertical & Horizontal Mills 4 Axis with palletizing.
• Setup/Operate CNC Turning and Manual Turning.
• Load fixture in the machine with blank parts to be machined or a machined part for one (1) of the part - specific operations, which would be noted on the job router.
• Utilize measuring devices to accurately measure part characteristics to ensure they meet part conformance requirements, and document measurements on inspection documents.
• Seek supervisory help if the machine fails or measurements get completely outside limits.
• Document on router production, quality & scrap counts daily.
• Check to make sure the Coolant or Oil levels are at proper function levels.

Skills & Experience

• CNC machining experience, preferably with CNC Turning Center up to 12 Turrets. CNC Mill Machines
• Defense and Aerospace Industry experience
• AS9100 Experience is a plus
• Ability to read GD&T Code
• Ability to use all measuring tools

You should be proficient in:

• GD&T
• CNC Machine Setup & Changeover

• CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC)
• CNC Lathe (2-4 axis)
• CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC)
• CNC Lathe (5+ axis)
