What Youll Do- Set up and operate CNC machines.
- Perform machine setups, tool changes, and offsets.
- Read and interpret blueprints with precision.
- Utilize micrometers, calipers, and gauges for accurate measurements.
- Ensure parts meet strict quality standards and tolerances.
- Conduct inspections and testing of finished components.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.
- Assist with additional machining tasks as needed.
What Were Looking For- Proven experience.
- Strong blueprint reading skills.
- Proficiency with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
- High attention to detail and quality.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new machines.
- Knowledge of G & M code.
- Ability to edit programs offline (preferred).
- Strong communication skills and team mentality.
- Reliable with strong attendance record.
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
