What You’ll Do
  • Set up and operate CNC machines.
  • Perform machine setups, tool changes, and offsets.
  • Read and interpret blueprints with precision.
  • Utilize micrometers, calipers, and gauges for accurate measurements.
  • Ensure parts meet strict quality standards and tolerances.
  • Conduct inspections and testing of finished components.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.
  • Assist with additional machining tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience. 
  • Strong blueprint reading skills.
  • Proficiency with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
  • High attention to detail and quality.
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new machines.
  • Knowledge of G & M code.
  • Ability to edit programs offline (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and team mentality.
  • Reliable with strong attendance record.
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
