Key Responsibilities
· Operate 3, 4, and 5-axis milling and/or turning CNC machines, often managing multiple machines within manufacturing cells or centers.
· Work with hard metals like Inconel, Titanium, and Stainless Steel, reading and interpreting operation sheets and CNC programs.
· Use Fanuc controls, make offsets, load parts onto fixtures and hoists, and operate hoists to load parts onto machines.
· Read tool sheets, set up tools, and utilize precision measuring tools such as gauges, calipers, and micrometers.
· Work with Right-Angle Heads, apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, and work within tight tolerances.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
· 5+ years CNC machining experience, preferably in aerospace.
· Experience with major aerospace OEMs.
· Ability to stand for long periods, work in fast-paced environments, and work overtime as needed.
· Team-oriented with good communication skills.
· Ability to work with tight tolerances and operate machinery safely and efficiently.
