  • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accuracy.

  • Monitor production processes and adjust settings to maintain quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
  • Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Document production data and report any discrepancies to management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC milling operations.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC programming and G-code.
  • Experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
