CNC Mill Machinist

As a CNC Milling Machine Setup Technician, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC milling machines to manufacture high-precision components that meet strict quality and customer requirements.Reporting directly to the President, you will play a key role in maintaining efficient production workflows while upholding our commitment to excellence in manufacturing.ZPMLSTCM

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis vertical CNC milling machines.
• Write, edit, and troubleshoot basic CNC programs using G-code.
• Program and work with positional indexers.
• Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate machining.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments and gauges to verify first-piece and production dimensions.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure all parts meet customer specifications.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support production goals.
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
