    Overview

    Join our dynamic team in North Canton, OH, as a CNC Mill Machinist! We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about precision machining and thrives in a collaborative environment. In this role, you will operate CNC milling machines to produce high-quality components that meet our stringent specifications.     Responsibilities

    • Set up and operate CNC milling machines according to technical drawings and specifications.
    • Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and precision of finished products.
    • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
    • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
    • Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
    • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies.
    • Document production data and report any discrepancies or issues to management.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
    • Proven experience as a CNC machinist, specifically with milling machines.
    • Strong understanding of CNC programming and G-code.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

    Work Schedule

    • Monday - Thursday

    • 4:30PM - 3:00AM

    • Daily overtime, anything over 8 hours

    • $2.00 hour shift differential

    You should be proficient in:

    • CNC Tooling
    • CNC Programming

    Machines & technologies you'll use:

    • CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) (Mazak)
