RESPONSIBILITIES:Loading material / parts into CNC Mill machine and running program.Daily maintenance on machine (checking fluid levels, cleaning out chips, etc).In-process inspection of parts.Minor program changes, mainly tool offsets. Knowledge in G and M code.Replacement of worn or damaged tools (inserts, boring bars, end mills, drills, etc).Sign-off of paperwork accompanying parts (MOT, Inspection Traveler)Proper handling of parts.Proper identification of parts / parts containers to maintain traceability to job number & split lot. EXPERIENCE / TRAINING REQUIRED:CNC Mill machine operation. Ability to read blue prints.Ability to understand customer schematics and requirements.Knowledgeable with GD&T.Part holding methods.Machine maintenance requirements.Reading and understanding B/P’s including assemblies, dimensions, tolerances, symbols, notes, abbreviations, geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T), and any other standard nomenclature per customer, government, or industry standards.Use of basic inspection, measuring and test equipment to verify dimensions of product.Installation and removal of perishable tooling.Company specific handling requirements.Company specific product identification requirements SHIFTS:1ST & 2ND Shifts available Staff Experts, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
