CNC OPERATOR – HAAS CONTROLS
Multi-Wing America – Middlefield, Ohio
Pay: $20.00–$26.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Position: Full-Time | 90-Day Temp-to-Hire
Multi-Wing America is seeking an experienced CNC Operator to manufacture precision hubs used in industrial fan assemblies. This is a 90-day temp-to-hire opportunity with excellent benefits available upon permanent hire.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines with Haas controls
- Machine hubs and components used in industrial fans
- Load raw materials and remove completed parts
- Read and understand blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Use calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring equipment
- Inspect finished parts for proper dimensions and tolerances
- Perform tool changes and basic machine adjustments
- Monitor machines and maintain production quality
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures
Requirements
- Previous CNC machining experience required
- Experience with Haas controls strongly preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Dependable with good attendance
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Pay & Benefits
$20.00–$26.00 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
