CNC Mill Operators to join their team across multiple shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled machinists looking for long-term stability, career growth, and hands-on work with advanced CNC milling equipment.
Machines You May Work With:- HAAS CNC Mills
- Yang CNC Machines
- Multi-axis CNC machining centers
What Youll Do:- Set up and operate CNC milling machines.
- Perform tooling changes, offsets, and machine adjustments
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
- Verify dimensions using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Inspect finished components to ensure quality and tolerance standards are met.
- Troubleshoot machining or tooling issues as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all production and safety procedures.
What Were Looking For:- Previous CNC mill operation experience required.
- Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills.
- Experience with precision measuring equipment.
- Knowledge of G & M code preferred.
- Ability to edit programs offline is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and team-oriented attitude.
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
