**Pay Rate: $25 to $36 per hour (plus 10% differential)

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills or lathes to produce precision parts according to engineering specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to ensure accurate machining.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor machining processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools to verify conformance to specifications.
• Collaborate with team members and engineers to improve processes and enhance product quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years experience in a productin or job ship environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNC machinist, with a strong understanding of CNC programming and operation.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with various machining tools and measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

• Machine Setups for Production Runs

• CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Mazak, Okuma, Brother, Haas)
• CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) (Mazak)
• CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) (Mazak, Fanuc)
• CNC Lathe (5+ axis) (Mazak)
