    Description

    About the Role
    We are looking for a skilled CNC Mill Programmer to join our precision manufacturing team. This position is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC milling machines to produce high-quality components. The ideal candidate will have experience with Mazatrol and Fanuc controls, strong technical knowledge of machining processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision parts
    • Develop and optimize machining programs using Mazatrol and Fanuc controls
    • Read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to machining processes
    • Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges to ensure accuracy
    • Work closely with engineering teams on design modifications and improvements using SolidWorks
    • Troubleshoot machining issues and perform minor repairs or adjustments when needed
    • Monitor machine performance and conduct preventative maintenance to ensure efficiency
    • Assist with plastics machining or injection molding processes as required
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a CNC Mill Programmer, CNC Machinist, or related role
    • Proficiency in programming and operating CNC milling machines with Mazatrol and Fanuc controls
    • Strong ability to interpret and apply blueprints and technical drawings
    • Familiarity with SolidWorks or similar CAD software for design interpretation
    • Skilled in using precision measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Advanced expertise in multi-axis milling and Mazatrol programming
    • Experience with plastics machining or injection molding processes
    • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
    • Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and repair experience
    • Background in high-volume precision manufacturing environments
