We are a growing manufacturing team seeking an experienced CNC Mill Set-Up / Operator to produce high-quality precision components in a clean, team-oriented environment. This is a full-time opportunity with competitive pay, steady hours, benefits, and long-term stability.
Pay: $28-$30+/hr
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC Mills using Haas and Fanuc controls
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Select and install tooling, fixtures, and machine attachments
- Monitor machine operation and make offsets or adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment
- Perform trial runs to verify machine settings and program accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with CNC Mill setup and operation required
- Familiarity with 4th and 5th axis machining preferred
- Experience with Haas controls and Fanuc systems
- Mastercam experience is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and use inspection tools accurately
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
