In Chatsworth, CA, you’ll craft precision parts for aerospace, medical, industrial, consumer, and OEM partners at a company leading rapid prototyping, rapid production, and digital manufacturing (including custom plastic injection molding, tooling, investment casting patterns, and 3D printing).

What will you do each shift?
Translate blueprints and technical drawings into accurate setups and offsets.
Program with Mastercam and CamWorks; simulate and prove out toolpaths.
Operate mills primarily (3–4 axis VMC and Mitsubishi 5-axis), with lathes and grinders as needed.
Measure twice, cut once: verify dimensions using precision instruments and document results.
Care for the equipment: perform regular maintenance to minimize downtime.
Deliver to spec: ensure quality compliance and make data-driven adjustments.
Protect the team: follow OSHA and company safety standards.
