CNC Milling Machinist
Location: Milford, CT
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced CNC Milling Machinist to join a growing manufacturing team in Milford, CT. This position is responsible for setting up and operating CNC milling equipment to produce precision components while maintaining quality and production standards.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and perform routine machine maintenance.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to support manufacturing goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of CNC milling experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of CNC programming and G-code is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
