Staff Management is hiring CNC Milling Operators to join our team in Billerica, MA! We are looking for energetic, dependable individuals to support our growing manufacturing operations. Our clean, modern production facility utilizes advanced technology and specializes in machining stainless steel and high-temperature alloys for a variety of industries.
Available Shifts
1st Shift:
+ Monday-Thursday
+ 6:00 AM-4:30 PM
+ 10.5-hour shifts
+ Friday optional/as needed
2nd Shift:
+ Monday-Thursday
+ 3:00 PM-1:30 AM
+ 10.5-hour shifts

Duties:
Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for daily production of CNC machines by means of loading/unloading CNC machines, part inspection and troubleshooting.
+ Read and interpret blueprints & drawings.
+ Knowledge of basic measuring tools (ie; micrometers, calipers, indicators & gauges).
+ Maintain quality and safety standards.

Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ 3+ years - Mill / Lathe experience required.
+ Basic knowledge of machining skills.
+ Must be able to use various inspection tooling such as verniers, micrometers, drop indicators, etc.
+ The ability to work with minimal supervision and familiarity with machining concepts, practices, and procedures.
+ The ability to work with others and a good work ethic, required.
+ Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, required.
Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 40 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
