Your Day on the 2nd Shift

Arrive on-site in Richmond, Illinois and take the handoff at 3:00pm. You’ll review work orders and drawings, load material with an overhead crane, and set your CNC milling machine for the evening’s production. Throughout the shift you’ll monitor tool wear, tweak offsets to hold tolerance, and document inspections. At 1:30am, you’ll leave a clean, organized workstation and clear notes for the next crew. Training is conducted on 2nd shift, so you’ll learn the ropes right where you’ll work.

    • Model a positive, helpful attitude and support your teammates.
