Key Responsibilities:

• Developing manufacturing programs for 3-4 axis CNC milling machines.
• Setting up CNC machining centers to ensure proper operation and accuracy.
• Operating Haas milling equipment to produce complex medical device parts.
• Designing and developing fixtures to support precision machining of intricate components.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings for manufacturing specifications.
• Troubleshooting machine issues and optimizing machining processes.
• Collaborating with team members to improve procedures and maintain quality standards.
• Mentoring junior operators and providing technical guidance.
• Supporting succession planning by transferring knowledge and expertise.
• Ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards during all machining activities.

Qualifications:

• CNC certification or associate degree in machining/manufacturing preferred.
• Hands-on experience with CNC milling setup and operation, preferably on Haas equipment.
• Proficiency in programming 3-4 axis milling centers.
• Strong understanding of fixture development for complex parts.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with hands-on machine experience.
• Capable of working independently and troubleshooting real-time issues.
• Experience with medical device manufacturing and understanding of tight tolerances.
• 5-axis milling programming knowledge.
• CAM software proficiency.
• NO C2C CANDIDATES
