2+ years of CNC mill setup experience with independent setup capability.
Blueprint reading; proficiency with precision measuring equipment.
Tooling knowledge; mastery of work/fixture offsets and speeds & feeds.
Minor program editing skills; strong mechanical and troubleshooting aptitude.
Reliable transportation, dependable attendance; able to work with minimal supervision.
Preferred
Experience on vertical and multi‑axis machining centers.
Familiar with Fanuc or Haas controls.
High‑volume production machining background.
Experience with JobBOSS or similar systems; exposure to lean/CI.
