Step into a spotless, temperature-controlled shop where precision is the standard and growth is the plan. Natoli Engineering—recognized worldwide for tablet compression tooling and equipment—seeks experienced CNC talent to run mills and lathes on our 2nd shift. Expect fast responses, a simple application, and a quick start.
You kick off at your station—Mazak, Okuma, DMG Mori Seiki—reviewing prints and tolerances. You load tools, set work offsets, and dial in your first article. With micrometers, calipers, and other hand metrology, you verify critical features, make any needed tool or wear-offset tweaks, and get the production run humming. If a program needs attention, you step in to adjust G/M code or assist with Mastercam/Mazatrol/Fanuc edits. You swap tooling and refine geometry when needed, perform light PM (oil and grease), and keep your cell clean and organized. Throughout, you work independently, hold the line on quality, and collaborate with the team when a tricky feature needs a second set of eyes.
We offer more than a paycheck. You’ll find a stable, supportive environment where craftsmanship is respected, and careers are built. We invest in training and long-term development so you can keep leveling up.
