We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Set-Up Operator to join our precision machining team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC mill operations, including machine setup, tool changes, and inspection procedures. Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC milling machines according to engineering specifications
Perform tool changes and make machine offsets as needed
Inspect machined parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Maintain and monitor machines to ensure optimal performance and quality
Follow safety protocols and uphold high quality standards
Qualifications:
Previous experience in CNC mill operations is preferred
Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documentation
Familiarity with measuring tools and inspection processes
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
