Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewPeople Source OKC is hiring an experienced CNC Millwork Operator / CNC Cabinet Operator to join a growing cabinet and millwork manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating CNC routers, loading production files, reading cut sheets, and ensuring quality production of cabinet and millwork components. The ideal candidate will have previous cabinet industry experience and a strong understanding of CNC production processes.Job Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC routers and machinery in a cabinet and millwork manufacturing environment 
  • Use computer software to locate, load, and transfer job files to CNC machines 
  • Read and interpret cut sheets, diagrams, blueprints, and production documents 
  • Identify, label, and organize cabinet components accurately 
  • Inspect plywood and other materials for defects, damage, and quality concerns before and after machining 
  • Perform quality control inspections on finished cabinet parts 
  • Organize and stack cabinet components on carts to support efficient assembly and production flow 
  • Follow daily and weekly production schedules to meet deadlines 
  • Perform preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting on CNC equipment 
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment 
Requirements
  • Previous experience operating CNC routers required 
  • Previous cabinet industry or millwork manufacturing experience required 
  • Knowledge of CNC programming and production workflows 
  • Ability to read cut sheets, blueprints, and production drawings 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 
  • Reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance required
