What You’ll Do
  • Set up and operate multi-axis CNC lathes
  • Perform machine setups, tool changes, and offsets
  • Read and interpret blueprints with precision
  • Utilize micrometers, calipers, and gauges for accurate measurements
  • Ensure parts meet strict quality standards and tolerances
  • Conduct inspections and testing of finished components
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
  • Assist with additional machining tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience with multi-axis CNC lathes (required)
  • Strong blueprint reading skills
  • Proficiency with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
  • High attention to detail and quality
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new machines
  • Knowledge of G & M code
  • Ability to edit programs offline (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and team mentality
  • Reliable with strong attendance record
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
