Job Responsibilities for the CNC Operator

• 
  Set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling or lathe machines to produce high-quality parts.
  
• 
  Perform essential tool changes and handle offset adjustments confidently to ensure precise machining.
  
• 
  Manage quality and production standards while strictly adhering to all facility safety protocols.
  
• 
  Utilize CNC Haas milling machinery to manufacture components that meet exact customer specifications.
  
• 
  Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections of parts to verify compliance with print and process specifications.
  
• 
  Communicate effectively with the production team to ensure daily output goals are met.

Job Requirements

• 
  Previous experience as a CNC Operator or CNC Machinist is required.
  
• 
  Hands-on experience with CNC milling or lathe machining; direct experience with Haas machines is a plus.
  
• 
  Demonstrated ability to perform tool changes and offsets independently.
  
• 
  Strong attention to detail with experience in quality inspections and measurement tools.
  
• 
  A reliable, safety-conscious mindset and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment.
  
• 
  High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
