1st shift CNC Machinistpay is based on experienceA well-established company in Blue Ash, OH is looking for CNC Machine Operator. Full-Time, 1st Shift Available.Position overview: Responsibilities:• Ability to work in a fast paced every changing group of businesses within the Aerospace Industry.• A member of the company(s) Engineering Department reporting to the Engineering Manager.• Hands-on set-up of CNC machines to perform machining on customer products.• Inspect 1st article CNC machined products to ensure they are meeting customer requirements.• Use prints, process sheets, and travelers to determine correct tooling and fixturing needs in the business.• Work with engineers and operators on various shop improvement projects.• Train operators in Safety and Quality when working with CNC equipment.• Help manage and improve the company’s Tooling and Fixturing Database working with Engineering / Operational resources.• Initial responsibilities will be to evaluate company and customer test fixtures used in our processes and develop calibration prints for each fixture.• Individual at times will have to help support the operation by running customer parts (25%)Requirements:• Experience with Tooling and Fixturing a necessary skillset.• Must be able to read customer drawings and sketches containing multiple views and sections.• Must have the ability to accurately measure and perform all quality inspections throughout the process.• Ability to use calipers, micrometers, surface table heigh gauges, dial indicators, gauge blocks and gauge pins.• Ability to hold tolerances to +/-0.005”.• High School Diploma or GEDWhy wait?
