Phillips Staffing is seeking a 1st shift CNC Operator to join the team at company in Fountain Inn that specializes in retail interior décor including the design, manufacturing, and installation!Responsibilities:
Load and unload equipment and materials (mainly wood materials)
Log and record readings for equipment and procedures
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion
Provide innovative solutions to improve efficiency
Conduct routine preventive maintenance on the plant
Requirements:
Previous experience in plant operations or other related fields
Familiarity with CNC Machines, especially working with wood materials
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Ability to handle physical workload
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Shift Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday – Thursday, 6:00 am – 4:30 pm OR 7:00 am – 5:30 pm, some overtime on FridaysPay Rate: $20.00-$25.00 /hr depending on exp #IND3
