CNC OPERATOR NEEDED | 2ND SHIFT | $18/HRSAVARD Personnel Group is hiring CNC Operators for a manufacturing facility in Houston, TX. Candidates will operate and set up CNC machines, verify production settings, and ensure finished products meet quality standards. Job Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines according to production procedures and safety standards.
Set up machines for production orders and verify machine settings.
Measure positions and inspect first-run parts and sample pieces.
Monitor production to ensure parts meet required specifications.
Check and record product measurements and production parameters.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Report machine issues, equipment problems, or quality concerns to the CNC Supervisor.
Follow all safety procedures and production instructions.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Two years of manufacturing experience preferred.
CNC machine operation or setup experience is a plus.
Knowledge of gauges and basic geometry.
Ability to measure and inspect parts for accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Reliable attendance and ability to work the assigned shift.
