Compensation: $20.50 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: 2nd shift | Monday–Friday | 3:30pm–1:30am

In this role, you’ll support daily production by operating CNC equipment, performing quality checks, and maintaining a safe workspace. What You'll Do as a CNC Operator:- Read and interpret manufacturing job orders
- Set up CNC machines and equipment per job specifications
- Order and stage materials as needed
- Perform quality and value-added checks throughout production
- Accurately track time, parts, scrap, and labor in the manufacturing software
- Assist with general equipment maintenance
- Sort, stack, count, and package finished parts
- Follow all safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout
- Train new operators on equipment
What You Need to Bring to the CNC Operator Role:- High school diploma or GED
- 6+ months of relevant experience or training (manufacturing preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures
- Basic math skills including fractions and decimals
- Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization
- Ability to lift/move 10 lbs regularly, 25 lbs frequently, and 50 lbs occasionally (with or without reasonable accommodations)
- Ability to follow written, oral, diagram, or schedule-based instructions
