Direct Hire Opportunity – CNC Operator
Pay Rate: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience) +10% shift differential
Shift: 2nd Shift Monday – Friday 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare parts for processing
  • Load, operate, and unload CNC machinery
  • Deburr, clean, and inspect parts for shipment
  • Ensure precision measurements using measuring tools
  • Monitor quality during production and make necessary adjustments
  • Read and interpret blueprints (preferred)
  • Work with 3-axis or 5-axis CNC machines
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 1 year of 3-axis or 5-axis CNC experience
  • Ability to pass drug screening and background check
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of machines, tools, and blueprint reading is a plus
