Primary duties include performing hand finishing of complex aluminum 3D molds, editing CNC programs, selecting appropriate tools, verifying accuracy through inspections, and documenting completed work.
The candidate will assist in troubleshooting, contribute to setting CNC standards, perform machine maintenance, and support training activities.
Requirements include at least 3 years of CNC and manual machining experience, strong math skills, knowledge of cutting tools, basic computer skills, and preferred CAD/CAM experience.
Physical demands involve standing, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs, and good manual dexterity.
