We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator for our manufacturing team. The role involves setting up and managing CNC machines, interpreting engineering drawings, and ensuring parts meet quality standards. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of factory experience, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail. This is a full-time, 3rd shift position with a 10% pay differential during training. Responsibilities include overseeing machine operation, making adjustments for optimal results, and maintaining quality logs. Requirements include the ability to lift up to 70lbs and prior Swiss or Lathe experience is a plus.
