CNC Lathe and Mill Operator – Night Shift
Full-Time | Up to $33/Hour | Monday–Friday
Shift: 4p-4a (end time can be adjusted if needed)
Our client is seeking an experienced CNC Lathe and Mill Operators to join their growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable and detail-oriented machinist looking for long-term stability with a respected and team-focused company.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC lathe equipment efficiently and safely to complete production requirements
- Carry out machining operations to 100% completion while ensuring all parts meet required specifications and quality standards
- Inspect finished components using precision measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, indicators, and gauges
- Read and interpret blueprints, operation sheets, dimensions, and technical drawings
- Maintain workstation cleanliness and proper organization of tools and equipment
- Work both independently and collaboratively alongside department leadership and team members
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures
Qualifications
- Previous CNC lathe experience is required
- Strong understanding of machining processes and inspection procedures
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and manufacturing documentation
- Experience using inspection and measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
