We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated CNC Operator Apprentice to join our growing team. The individual will be a shop assistant with the following responsibilities:
Learn to safely operate CNC machinery and related production equipment.
Assist experienced CNC Operators with daily machine setup and operation.
Load and unload materials according to production requirements.
Learn to read work orders, drawings, cut lists, and production instructions.
Monitor machine operation and identify potential issues or abnormalities.
Perform basic quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
Measure parts using tape measures, calipers, and other basic measuring tools.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures.
Assist with routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
Meet production schedules while maintaining attention to quality and accuracy.
Perform other manufacturing duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Previous manufacturing, woodworking, construction, or machine experience is helpful but not required.
Mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning CNC equipment.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical manufacturing tasks.
Ability to lift and move materials as required.
Willingness to learn and follow workplace safety procedures.
