CNC Operator
Job Summary
We are hiring a skilled CNC Operator with experience running and setting up CNC lathes and mills. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on machining work, takes pride in producing quality parts, and can work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC lathes and milling machines

Load programs, set tooling, and make necessary machine adjustments

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job travelers

Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure quality standards are met

Perform minor troubleshooting and adjustments during production runs

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Follow all safety and production procedures
Qualifications & Skills

Experience operating and setting up CNC lathes and/or mills

Ability to read blueprints and understand basic GD&T

Familiarity with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
