What You'll Do
Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to manufacture precision components.
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and production documentation.
Work with X, Y, and Z axes, including 4th and 5thaxis machining.
Change fixtures, tooling, inserts, and tooling offsets to ensure accurate setups.
Understand and make necessary edits to G & M Codes, speeds, and feeds.
Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring equipment.
Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and setup issues.
Maintain part tolerances and ensure finished components meet quality specifications.
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What We're Looking For
Previous CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes.
Knowledge of X, Y, Z, 4th, and 5th axis machining.
Ability to read blueprints and understand machining tolerances and specifications.
Working knowledge of G & M Codes, tooling, speeds, and feeds.
Experience using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.
Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problemsolving skills.
Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
