We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team working primarily with milling and multi-axis CNC machines on the day shift. This role involves operating CNC equipment for machining metal products under supervised conditions, ensuring precision and quality throughout production.
Responsibilities
Set up milling and multi-axis CNC machines according to specifications
Interpret CNC programs accurately to ensure proper operation
Maintain and replace tooling to optimize machine performance
Monitor production processes to maintain quality and efficiency
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years experience in CNC operation
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to read and understand blueprints
Skilled in precision measurement techniques
Effective time management skills
