We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to immediately fill the position of CNC Operator/Lead Machine Operator

*Job Responsibilities : We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to immediately fill the position of Lead Machine Operator/CNC Operator.

Lead Machine/CNC Operators are responsible for the manufacture of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion.

Job Requirements:

** Minimum of 1 year prior experience in custom closet/cabinet shop working with and running on a daily basis: edge bander, CNC machinery, sliding table saws, line boring, hinge boring, etc. mandatory!

*Customer oriented, friendly and enthusiastic

*Reliable, punctual with good work ethic, "team player"

*Strong communication/leadership skills

*English speaking

*Strong personal organization skill

*Detail oriented and takes pride in work

*Able to read plans/prints

High School Diploma or equivalent required. College training preferred.

Must be familiar with computer usage and technology.

Manufacturing experience preferred

Abilities Required:

· Intermediate or above experience with Microsoft Excel and Cabinet Vision

Responsibilities

•  Quality – Develop and implement, with every job or project, a personal quality process that will ensure that all items required by plans are completed.  Specifically, all components noted in program are included and produced to company quality standards
• Productivity – The Lead Machine/CNC Operator position is expected to produce a minimum of $73,400 in jobs per day after three-months of training. Thereafter, the operator is expected to continually seek methods for improving his/her daily output.
• Continuous Improvement – The Lead Machine/CNC Operator is expected to have a positive and proactive attitude towards meeting and surpassing the customers’ expectations. The Operator's customers are: The Manufacturing Department, the Installation Department, and the End-User Customer.  Each Operator is to continuously seek out improved methods for reducing the time to complete jobs, ensuring the highest quality with each job, and that all customer expectations have been met or surpassed.
• Attendance – The Lead Machine/CNC Operator is expected to arrive to work on-time and to minimize time away from his/her workstation. All employees are required to take the prescribed Breaks and Lunch periods, as defined by Departmental schedules. All employees are expected to minimize absence days, insofar as possible. 

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. 
• Must be familiar with computer usage and technology.
• Drafting or design experience preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
