Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dependable CNC Operator (Level 2 - Night / Weekend Shift) to join an aerospace manufacturing team in Claremore, OK. This role focuses on operating CNC production equipment, monitoring output quality, and supporting precision manufacturing operations in a highly regulated aerospace environment.

Required Experience & Skills
• Previous CNC machine operating experience REQUIRED
• Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing environments preferred
• Ability to monitor machine performance and maintain production quality
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision work
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Basic understanding of quality inspection and production standards
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Operate CNC production machines to support manufacturing requirements
• Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent quality and production efficiency
• Inspect finished parts and identify defects, inconsistencies, or non-conforming product
• Follow all company safety procedures, production requirements, and aerospace quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
• Support production operations and perform additional assigned duties as needed

Additional Information
• Level 2 operator role (operation only - no setup or troubleshooting required)
• Interview required prior to placement
• Schedule and hours may vary based on production demand

Work Environment
• Precision aerospace manufacturing environment
• Exposure to CNC equipment, metal materials, active production machinery, shop noise, and regulated manufacturing processes
• Physically active role requiring standing, machine monitoring, repetitive movement, and PPE compliance
