Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dependable CNC Operator (Level 2 Weekend Shift) to join a precision aerospace manufacturing team in Claremore, OK. This is a strong opportunity for CNC operators who want excellent pay, a condensed work schedule, and a high-quality manufacturing environment.

This is a Level 2 operator role, meaning your focus will be on machine operation and production not machine setup or advanced troubleshooting. If you have CNC experience and want a weekend schedule with full-time pay, this is a fantastic opportunity.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous CNC machine operating experience REQUIRED
Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to monitor production and maintain strict quality standards
Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision work
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines to meet daily production requirements
Monitor machine performance and ensure quality output
Inspect finished parts and identify defects or inconsistencies
Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Support production team goals and complete additional assigned duties as needed
Additional Information
Level 2 operator role operation only
NO machine setup responsibilities
NO advanced troubleshooting required
Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 hours
If fewer than 36 hours are worked, pay will be based on actual hours worked
Interview required prior to placement
