Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented CNC Operator (Level 2 Night / Weekend Shift) to join an aerospace manufacturing team in Claremore, OK. This role focuses strictly on machine operation, production monitoring, and quality verification in a precision-driven manufacturing environment.

Required Experience & Skills

Previous CNC machine operating experience REQUIRED
Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing environments preferred
Ability to monitor machine performance and maintain quality output
Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision work
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Basic understanding of production quality expectations and part inspection
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Operate CNC production machines to support manufacturing requirements
Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent production quality
Inspect finished parts and identify defects, inconsistencies, or quality concerns
Follow all company safety procedures, production requirements, and quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Support production operations and perform additional assigned duties as needed

Additional Information

Level 2 Operator role(operation only no setup or troubleshooting required)
Interview required prior to placement
Schedule and hours may vary based on production demand

Work Environment

Precision aerospace manufacturing environment
Exposure to CNC machinery, moving equipment, production noise, metal components, and active manufacturing operations
Detail-driven environment requiring standing, repetitive movement, machine monitoring, and PPE compliance
