CNC Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a CNC Operator to join their team. As a CNC Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, physical stamina, and a proactive approach to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Operator

Location: Dayton, OH

Pay Range: $17

Shift:

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
• Accurately track production numbers and maintain thorough documentation
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Assist in routine maintenance of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
• Work effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

What's Needed?

• Previous experience operating CNC machinery is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications and directions
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive work ethic
