Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for the full operation of our Okuma Horizontal Milling Center. The CNC Operator will collaborate with cross-functional departments and contribute to the smooth, efficient operation of our organization.

- Prior experience running Okuma equipment
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings
- Experience with basic G-code, Mastercam CAM, and SolidWorks (or similar software)

Responsibilities - Program, set up, and operate an Okuma Horizontal Milling Center
- Read and interpret engineering part drawings
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauge pins, and depth micrometers
- Input and adjust tool offsets
- Inspect, clean, and pack finished products
- Accurately complete all quality control documentation and inspection sheets
- Perform other duties as assigned or as business needs require
Qualifications - Technical college training a plus; High School diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Self-starter with a proactive work approach
- Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
- Knowledge of set-up, tooling, and fixtures
- Experience with basic G-code interpretation and understanding
- Experience with Okuma Horizontal Milling Centers preferred
- Familiarity with Mastercam CAM and SolidWorks or similar programming software
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds without assistance
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments
