Job Description
ProLogistix is hiring an experienced CNC Machinist for a leading aerospace facility in Everett. This role requires advanced machining skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with tight tolerances in a high-precision environment.
Location:Everett, WA | Pay:$24–$40/hr DOE
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:20 PM – 10:50 PM
- Weekend Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Friday–Sunday
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC lathes, including multi-axis machines
- Work with Fanuc controls and perform machine-level edits
- Maintain efficient production while holding extremely tight tolerances
- Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
- Bore jaws on 3-jaw chucks (daily requirement)
- Perform deburring and basic toolmaking tasks
- Read and interpret complex blueprints and GD&T
- Maintain tolerances as tight as ±0.0001
- Provide feedback to programmers for machining improvements
- Follow production schedules and supervisor instructions
- Apply 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles
- Perform additional related duties as assigned
Requirements
- 5+ years of CNC lathe experience, including multi-axis machining
- Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls, M-codes, and G-codes
- Advanced blueprint reading (Level 3)
- GD&T proficiency (Level 3)
- Confident and experienced in boring jaws
- Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred
- Knowledge of Boeing BAC specifications
