What You'll Do
Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machinery to meet production specifications
Load raw materials and monitor machine performance throughout each run
Make tooling changes and adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job travelers
Troubleshoot issues and communicate effectively with the team
Perform routine preventive maintenance and basic machine upkeep
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
What We're Looking For
1–2 years of CNC experience
3+ years of CNC experience (preferred)
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Experience using precision measuring instruments
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Basic math and measurement skills
High school diploma or equivalent required (technical training or CNC certification is a plus)
