Preferred skills include familiarity with MRPII, Haas CNC control, G code, CAM programming, and turning stainless steel. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, with 1-2 years of factory experience and 2 years of CNC lathe setup. Skills in reading blueprints, measurement tools, and interpreting policies are essential. The role involves moderate supervision, no supervisory duties, and participation in ongoing training.
