Job Details:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated CNC Operator to join our dynamic Manufacturing team. This is a permanent role that offers a chance to work with cutting-edge technology and be a part of transformative projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and precision in all tasks. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of the intricacies of machine operation and maintenance. The role requires a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
1. Operate and maintain CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.
2. Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings, etc.
3. Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function.
4. Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.
5. Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet requirements.
6. Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make necessary adjustments to produce a better result.
7. Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.
8. Adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
9. Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
10. Conduct quality control tests to ensure the product meets production standards and specifications.
11. Troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a CNC Operator, Swiss Machinist, or similar role.
2. Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools.
3. Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
4. Knowledge of computer and software programming.
5. Mechanical aptitude and good hand-eye coordination.
6. Strong attention to detail.
7. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
8. Ability to handle heavy equipment.
9. Knowledge of safety measures pertinent to each job/task.
10. Ability to maintain focus while performing repetitive tasks.
11. High school diploma or equivalent; certificate or diploma in engineering or relevant discipline is a plus.
12. Professional certification in CNC Machining or a related field would be an added advantage.
